When I started creating dolls, I made a sheep, a rabbit, a Santa and then I lost count. But all my dolls have something in common. Each one is handsculpted and each one is an original.
I am a dollmaker who creates funky, folk art figures from polymer clay. Each one of my dolls is an original and I create all kinds of characters. Some of them are in season and some of them are out of season. But each one is carefully and lovingly handcrafted.
I participated in a Bottle Doll Challenge which was presented by Art Doll Quarterly Magazine. The theme of the bottle that I used was golf, so, I created a 'Golf Widow.' And, I am pleased to say that my submission was selected to be published in the Spring issue of the magazine which is on newstands now. There are many talented artists featured in this wonderful publication.
